Currently, construction has reached the third level, with ongoing work focused on the following critical tasks:
• Erection of external and internal walls and structural columns
• Installation of scaffolding for the ground-level slab
• Application of waterproofing to the external walls, with protective measures in place to safeguard the waterproofing materials
The team is utilizing high-performance concrete, ensuring the long-term durability and resilience of the structure. Dukley remains committed to using advanced construction techniques and materials to maintain the highest standards of quality.
With the construction moving forward as planned, The Dreams by Dukley is rapidly taking shape, reinforcing Dukley’s dedication to delivering a premier residential development that will redefine luxury living by the sea.
