What data do we collect?

Dukley collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (first name, last name, email address, phone number, date and place of birth, age, gender, location, city, country, region, language, market category, search affinities, passwords, password hints, passport and visa information, credit or debit card number, expiration date and security code, social media account information etc.)
  • Non-personal information (operating system (detailed), operating system version, browser & OS, browser version, data source, flesh version, Java support, network domain, screen resolution, screen colors, device type, session number, date and time of accessing the Sites, IP address, network, activity on the Sites, Java Scripts, http headers, pixel-specific data, button click data, etc.);

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Dukley with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email;

How do we store your data?

Dukley, as handler of your data, respects your privacy and undertakes to protect your personal data, securely stored at Montenegro.
Collection and safekeeping of data is conducted under the Law on personal data protection of the Republic of Montenegro (PDPL), other rules governing area concerned, applicable in Montenegro, as well as under General Data Protection Regulation of EU (GDPR).

The Dukley will keep safe your data collected on the basis of the Law for as long as requested by certain law or other statutory legal regulation.
Data collected by Dukley on the basis of contractual relations as long as necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and providing of the services.
Data on name, surname and e-mail address collected by Dukley on the basis of legitimate interest for the purpose of direct marketing will be kept in our guest database for 10 years.
Other data collected by Dukley on the basis of explicit consent (mobile telephone number, number of children, marital status, pets, interests, meanings of travelling, accommodation preferences and other data above mentioned) will be kept in its database for 5 years.
Once this period has expired, data will be deleted automatically.

The Dukley would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies, as referred to above:
