We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the first stage of financing for the Mountain Retreat by Dukley project on the Binaryx platform. To date, $118,667 has been raised from 89 investors. Thus, the initial target of $115,000 for the first stage has been successfully achieved, demonstrating strong interest in real estate tokenization in Montenegro and web 3.0 overall.

The Dukley project, located in the picturesque mountainous region in the north of Montenegro, offers the opportunity to invest in luxury real estate through the Binaryx platform, starting with as little as €100. Anyone interested can now join the project and receive returns of up to 30% annually.

This investment product stands out for its high profitability potential and short exit periods. Investors will be able to realize profits and either withdraw their funds or reinvest them in the first quarter of 2025, following the completion of construction and the sale of the property.
